Highland Kitchen: round 2

I mentioned local hot spot, Highland Kitchen, here. Having not been out of the house in a while (dealing with work, thoughts of moving, and finding someone to care for the pets while away over Thanksgiving), we decided to force ourselves for a quick Wednesday night outing. Plus, I've been thinking about those oysters since the last time we went.

Well, turns out the crowded scene at Highland Kitchen was not a Saturday night fluke, as tonight, a Wednesday, was no different at all. We were lucky to snag 2 seats at the bar, and snacked on oysters, deviled eggs, and ceasar salad....yum.






These DVF jersey pants are a go to piece for me. They can easily be dressed up or down (or in between). And can I just say that I am absolutely obsessed with these Proenza Schouler booties? They will probably be the only boots I buy this season since they were such a splurge, but they were well worth it. You know when you buy a pair of shoes that actually make you want to go out, just so you can wear them? These are them....
