Winter Wonderland

The city is still covered in snow but the sun has been shining. I had my first real job interview yesterday, so of course I was that girl you make fun of for being the only one wearing heels in 14 inches of snow. I just couldn't bring myself to walk out the door in snow boots...came close, but couldn't do it.

I bought some certificates on Rue La la to Cafeteria on Newbury Street. Great place for some classic comfort food on a snowy night. And their Cherry Coke cocktail is delicious!

This hooded scarf is my latest purchase and I am completely obsessed. A friend of mine from high school designed this piece and it is the most luscious thing I have ever had on, not to mention chic and adorable. It is made of leather and lamb's fur and can be worn a million different ways- a hood when outside, a vest when in, I've even wrapped it around my neck twice so I can bear the blizzardy winds. Throw it over anything and it makes the whole outfit. They also come in rabbit fur/leather and velvet/wool.
